Are you our new Learning Program Officer who will take our e-learning platform, Shimano-TEC, to the next level?

As a Learning Program Officer for Shimano-TEC you are responsible for the development, coordination and execution of a learning program for Shimano products and technology that is tailored to the needs of the customers (dealers, distributors but also Shimano colleagues across Europe).

To expand our success you work closely together with colleagues across Europe and industry experts who will help to create content that educates our network. Your topics could include anything from new product release information to technical training modules. All delivered in an accessible and appealing format to ensure our Shimano users remain engaged and are up to date with all developments.

Is this you?

The challenge!

  • You develop, coordinate and execute the learning program for Shimano products and technology across Europe
  • You coordinate consistent and aligned learning programs for both online and offline use
  • You manage the relationship with external providers that support the systems or content of the learning programs
  • You ensure efficient processes and administration of courses, certifications and training guidelines that can be used across Shimano Europe
  • You monitor the wider learning and development field and end user needs to ensure a balance of a relevant and “best in class” learning service
  • You seek out and follow up on ways to integrate learning programs to support and compliment initiatives in other areas of the business and with external partners
  • You report on the return and outcomes of the learning program, adjusting the approach to maximise successful outcomes

What are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor education level, preferably towards education design
  • 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar job
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent English skills both verbally and written
  • Working experience in an international environment
  • A proactive self starter
  • An enthusiastic colleague, who has a helicopterview and contributes to the future strategy regarding Shimano Learning
