At Shimano you will run through the following process:
Your application
Please send in your resume and a personal motivation letter.
Screening
We will connect with you via phone or e-mail and ask some additional questions to check if you fit in the profile for the vacancy you applied for.
1st interview
If you pass the screening stage you will be invited for a 1st interview.
2nd interview
If you pass the 1st interview round you will be invited for a 2nd interview with different colleagues.
Labor condition meeting
When you were successful during the interviews we will plan a labor condition meeting to discuss our primary and secondary labor conditions and make you an offer.
Labor contract
When you agree to our labor conditions we will provide you with a labor contract.
Start at Shimano
When there is agreement on the labor conditions and the labor contract is signed you can start in you new position!
