Your application Please send in your resume and a personal motivation letter. |

Screening We will connect with you via phone or e-mail and ask some additional questions to check if you fit in the profile for the vacancy you applied for. |

1st interview If you pass the screening stage you will be invited for a 1st interview. |
|
|
2nd interview If you pass the 1st interview round you will be invited for a 2nd interview with different colleagues. |
|
|
Labor condition meeting When you were successful during the interviews we will plan a labor condition meeting to discuss our primary and secondary labor conditions and make you an offer. |
|
|
Labor contract When you agree to our labor conditions we will provide you with a labor contract. |
|
|
Start at Shimano When there is agreement on the labor conditions and the labor contract is signed you can start in you new position! Reference check? Optional |
